Don’t get too familiar with me, you fucker.

I’m damn tulan now. Damn fucking tulan.

That’s why I hate it when people get too comfortable with me. It ends up with me being uncomfortable. Always.

Then there was utter sien-ness!

Lim vs. Koh, both heads of penang, on in the past tense.

Wakao… damn sien their debate.

One bitter about reduced/non-existent development funds from federal government and had to dig into the past to retrieve money, any amount to cover up holes here and there. Afterall, them investors packed-up and left after the monorail project went bust and outer ring road (if i’m not mistaken) was scrapped. So, yeah, Penang is high and dry now.

Another, enjoying retirement (well, sort of) and can’t divulge much about the hanky-pankies of the cronies and corrupt deals lest he gets himself in deep shit.

But then… the debate was mild…. so mild…. walao…. - _ -”

Then hor… it’s not really a debate right? Coffee shop exchanges also more lively I think…

Today, I’m damn pissed off by the damn slow page load. So I did a speed test. And this is what I got.

Oh the crap!
Oh the crap!

I ‘m using the 512kbps package btw. It’s like only 14% (73 kbps d/l and 34 kbps u/l) of the rated speed AND this is just downloading from a server in Penang!!

And just when my blood was boiling, I was reading The Star and came across this article (of course it loaded slowly).

Telcos fined RM50mil for short-changing consumers

KUALA LUMPUR: Telcos were fined a total of RM50mil last year for short-changing consumers and the Government will withdraw their licences if they fail to deliver services as promised.

Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor said the licensees were fined for, among others, not providing even 50% of the reception or speed as promised to the consumer, failing to adhere to the business plan promised to the Government, quality of service that was below the set standards, breaching contracts, and not having adequate base stations and towers to fulfil service requirements.

“If they have promised in their business plan to provide a speed of 1Mbps, they should at least provide 70% (700Kbps), 90% of the time.

“I am waiting to take back the licences and give them to other companies that are serious about serving consumers, if telcos and digital service providers fail to perform as agreed in the terms of the conditions with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM),” Shaziman said after launching Packet 1 (PI) WiMAX services Tuesday.

He added that the “best efforts as currently adopted by broadband players now are unacceptable.”

Rolling out, he said, was more than just building a tower, launching new services or setting up WiFi spots.

“The Government is serious in ensuring that broadband Internet access will benefit the rakyat, especially in semi-urban and rural areas.”

Shaziman reiterated that failure to comply would be subjected to penalty, possibly in the form of withdrawal of the respective performance guarantee bonds of up to RM7.7mil pledged with SKMM.

“Since WiMAX is a new technology which requires quite a substantial investment, it would be prudent for industry players to share infrastructure to minimise financial burdens and wastage in duplication of investments.”

and then, all I could think of was… 50 million ringgit ONLY AH??!! and after so many years of cheating off us!!

for those thinking that 50 million is a large sum, let me change ur opinion to my liking yeah…..

50 million IS SMALL CHANGE TO TELCOS. It’s the small change of all small changes. TELCO>>S<< see the ’s’? It’s plural, it’s not only TM bloody hell. 70% my ass… more like 14 % most of the time and 20% on good days at good times.

I’m wondering if wimax is good. the p1 website looks impressive. I dunno if i sound like a hopeful idiot right now, but I would try anything else that come my way just to get off Streamyx.

This Edward Skading is really going all out against F&N Dairies because he found some brownish stuff in his ‘Tea Pot’ condensed milk.

Excerpt from his first blog post: (http://consumersrighteousness.blogspot.com/)

The Horrible Discovery - How it all started
This
is my complaint letter to the Management of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd
subsequent to the horriable and shocking discovery of some sort of
foreign substance in the Tea Pot condensed milk-tin-can on 20th March
2008. At one time, I think very highly of the Tea Pot brand, but now I
am in total doubts.

My Complaint Letter to F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd on 26th March 2008
DL pdf- Mirror
This letter was written after no appropriate actions were taken by F&N
Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd customer services and management. I was made to
wait for 4 days and after numerous telephone calls before my complaint
was taken seriously by F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd customer services
and management.

I must say… risk bankruptcy for that can of condensed milk? You know, I admire his sense of justice and resilience at this, but somehow I think he’s taking it too far.

Ghani: Society losing trust in politicians

KULAI: Erosion of integrity can be seen in various fields here, including among state leaders, said Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman.

“In the era of globalisation, where economic and technological development are important, the value of integrity of people is challenged,” he said at the launch of the Political Integrity Forum involving state assemblymen here recently.

He said that society was losing its trust for politicians.

“Members of society are better educated, want to know their rights and do not hesitate to voice what they want.

They expect politicians to carry out tasks for the benefit of the people and the country,” he said.

Abdul Ghani said that politicians should serve with honesty, sincerity, patience, dedication and responsibility without corruption.

He said that integrity was seen as outdated by the younger generation, but the erosion of integrity brings about the fall of civilisation.

He said that some people thought politics was dirty because of doubts on the integrity of politicians.

“This has to be corrected. Integrity has to be shown in the daily lives of politicians,” he said.

Abdul Ghani said that holistic development was important and this included the development of religion, quality of life and identity of society.

He said it was essential for Johor develop physically, culturally and artistically.

Oi! If my expectations are too high for you, you keluar dari kabinet la! Keluar! *snigger*

Of course I want them damn politicians “to carry out tasks for the benefit of the people and the country”. Bloody hell, otherwise what would they be good for? Bai leng ah?

And if this Ghani fella thinks doing this would secure him a seat in the next elections or for popularity, he so dumb dumb lo. Aunties on the streets also know what are politicians for la. And that, I think aunties are smarter samo.

Stay out of Malaysia’s affairs, Rais tells US

By V.P. SUJATA

PUTRAJAYA: Stay out of the Malaysia’s internal affairs, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim told the United States, reminding Washington to refrain from commenting on how the country handles its legal affairs.

Even the UN Secretary-General has not said anything on how Malaysia handles its legal matters, he noted.

Dr Rais, responding to a statement by former US vice-president Al Gore that the Government was involved in “character assassination to silence an effective leader of the political opposition”, said he would like to see the United States’ discriminatory approach being scrutinised by others.

He added that the United Nations should be the one playing the role of the world’s policeman, and not the United States.

“The UN Secretary-General has not uttered a word, meaning that he respects our laws and justice system; why should a lesser mortal from the US say that Malaysia is not up to their standards,” he told reporters after a flag-hoisting ceremony in conjunction with the 41st Asean Day celebration at Wisma Putra here yesterday.

“Why should Gore and the US President give their evaluation of a country; does he not know the meaning of the UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and the UN Charter – respect for the internal affairs of a country?”

Dr Rais added that Malaysia’s Criminal Procedure Code and Penal Code originated from Common Law and there was no reason for any other power to criticise the country’s administration of justice.

“But if they have any substantive legal problem that they would like to highlight internationally, they are welcome to discuss it with us, but in a manner that is judicious, careful and respectful,” he said.

When asked if Wisma Putra would summon the US Ambassador to explain the statements made against Malaysia, Dr Rais said there was too much summoning lately, and that he would prefer to let it go.

Dr Rais also called on Asean members to uphold Asian values and be good neighbours in order to be a fine example to the world.

The Asean Charter had become a reality, he said, and would help strengthen the grouping and imbue it with a renewed sense of purpose, while reaffirming key Asean principles and objectives.

He added that spiralling fuel costs and issues of energy security, regional financial cooperation and food security were some of the current challenges that demanded effective and concerted action by Asean.

ppl say something, must listen first la! staightaway must think of hitting back at the fella. Humility dude, humility is how you learn and improve la. Blardy hell, given the resources that malaysia has, if we’re even half as hardworking as Singapore or Japan (island countries, limited resources), we are freaking blardy rich already ok? Fucktards….

And to call  Al-Gore a lesser mortal. Harlow! I think Al-Gore more blardy famous than Rais Yatim lor! Ppl can make a movie like an Inconvenient Truth okay? Although most of it sounds untrue – -” … but Ppl can make it so believable okay? He lift his finger only ah, his minions of tree-huggers and vegan can trample you to death di ah!
