This
is my complaint letter to the Management of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd
subsequent to the horriable and shocking discovery of some sort of
foreign substance in the Tea Pot condensed milk-tin-can on 20th March
2008. At one time, I think very highly of the Tea Pot brand, but now I
am in total doubts.

I was made to wait for 4 days and after numerous telephone calls before my complaint was taken seriously by F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd customer services and management.
I must say… risk bankruptcy for that can of condensed milk? You know, I admire his sense of justice and resilience at this, but somehow I think he’s taking it too far.

Thanks for the post. Appreciate it. No one likes being a bankrupt but when the time comes to stand for our rights, I will even go through hell to ensure justice is served. I am not pushing it but the company is. Once again thank you for your view point and I sincerely am grateful.
