there’s this recorded conversation between a raging customer and a very very patient astro service personnel forwarded to me.
Am so amused by how the lady(kanangambigai) argues… like a rabid dog.
wahlao…. I think his(Jeeva) way of handling it was… not very smart.
Anyway, it is amazing how people can abuse customer service ppl like that.
I’m amazed that she held on to that one phrase, “what did you mean by it’s my problem?” for the whole 22 minutes and 30 seconds hahahah. Yeah, I’m listening to the clip while typing this =D
And this line: “grade up yourself in the English”
is CLASSIC!!
makes me wonder if this is the kind of ppl that make me wait forever for someone to layan me when I call some hotline.
lol that is why customer service ppl are paid so much, coz they have to endure fussy customers.
try calling maybank or rhb customer service, they are the worst, they dont answer ur phone and when they do they give u some stupid service…lol

Try TMnet…. I was once told that being able to use 17% of my purported 1Mbps line is ‘good enough’. I cannot even argue because I know I will shout at him for being stupid. =D
They should just market it as 170kbps package right? Tipu orang pulak…
