My diet has some deficiencies.
First, greens. Other than the occasional cabbage side dish hera and there, I barely eat greens when I’m out. I dunno, they never look any good to me.
Second, fruits. It’s been almost a month since any remnant of fruit glided down my throat, save for the slice of watermelon after the birthday korean meal.
Third, MEAT. RED MEAT. I can tell you, when I look at pictures of burger patties and chunks of steak, I actually salivate. Damn. Iron deficiency is definitely why I feel damn tired after doing nothing at all.
Ughh… I wanna go back and have a proper meal. Without msg, without paying through my nose and finally be eating something that’s properly done.
